About Shipping
Do you ship to my country and how much is the shipping?
At present, we can ship packages to most countries in the world, but we do not rule out the possibility that we do not provide delivery for some countries due to war or other factors. If you are not sure if we deliver packages to your country, please write to us.
The shipping to most countries is free.
Can I know where my package is and when it will be delivered?
Yes, of course you can. Tracking information including tracking number and tracking link is emailed to you after shipment. Please noted that though we send the tracking information the moment we ship the package, it does not mean you can find the tracking information online right away. The tracking information become available online in a few days.
I have ordered multiple items in different orders or I have multiple items in one order, do you ship them together?
We ship our items from multiple locations, so orders with multiple items or multiple orders may arrive separately and at slightly different times.
Each package is assigned a different tracking number and shipping emails will be sent to you.
